Three bedrooms, 2 full baths, plus sleep additional guests on the sofa and window seats (6ft+) in our Great Room. Recently remodeled country kitchen with granite countertops and oversized double sink. Stay connected with high-speed, wireless internet, while you enjoy the country setting and watch the deer meander past our many windows. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, but please no cats, as we are allergic.
20 miles to Hunter Mtn or Bel-Ayre, 5 minute drive to state hiking trails, or take a beautiful walk down our dead-end, wooded road to the private pond - shared only by the guests and residents of our neighborhood.
Rental Rates as of June, 2007:(rates subject to change)
Weekly: $2000 (Friday night to Friday 11am)
Weekends: $800 (Friday night to Sunday 2pm)
All rentals require a $500 security deposit.
We'll be as flexible as we can with Check-in/Check-out times AND dates, but please understand that we need to keep time available for our cleaning service to ready the house for our other guests.
